KONSTANTINOS POTAMIANOS

My name is Konstantinos Potamianos,

I live in Patras GR and I've been working in filmmaking for the last 6 years, especially in documentary area. I study at the music school of Patras and I am also involved in music, combining sound and image more successfully, thanks to the special music courses we have there. In 2018 I participated with my first short film, entitled "The House I Was Born In" with a refugee theme, which I made for a local competition in my city (Patras) where I won first place. In 2021 I participated with the short film "Lockdown" in camera zizanio and in the summer of 2022 I participated in the film workshop in Sweden and Ireland with camera zizanio at the VBU and Fresh film festival. At the same time I work professionally with photography in concerts such as "Eisvoleas", "Xatzifrageta", "Foivos Delivorias" but also with landscape photography. In addition, "The Call Of The Lighthouses" that was finished in 2022 is a short documentary, has participated in 12 filmfestivals arround the world.

I'm also the founder of Anamorphic Films. I'm a one man crew, and I'm passionated about to promote moments trough 7th art.

I strive to create images that are memorable, striving to convey moments pure through the art of filmmaking.
